Returns Policy:

If your product is defective in any way, contact us within 30 days to discuss adequate resolution.

Shipping:

We reserve the right to choose between USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carriers, depending on your specific location and the items being shipped. USPS is usually our preferred shipping provider.

If your shipment will take longer than 2 weeks to ship due to availability or any other issue, we will contact you to discuss your options.

International / Special Shipping:

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to international locations.

In the event of international shipping requirements, we will contact you to obtain additional shipping costs. Please pay attention to International instructions (particularly regarding Bogotas) on the page you are purchasing the products from.
