Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. International shipping costs will not be displayed, but will be determined after the order is finalized. The customer will be contacted to arrange additional shipping costs pertaining to international shipping if applicable.

Q: How long until my order ships?
A: Most orders ship within 24 hours. However, some items may be delayed for various reasons. If your order is delayed by more than 2 weeks, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Q: Why are some items restricted?
A: Some of the items are restricted to LEO, Military, Security or other specific groups of individuals due to the nature of the product. If you would like to get approved to purchase or view some of these items, please see the next question.

Q: How do I get approved to purchase "Restricted" items?
A: Send an email Here answering the following questions (from military, government or security company email address if you have one):

  • Are you a Security Professional, LEO or Military?
  • If Security Professional, what company do you work for?
  • If LEO or Military, what department do you work at?
  • What branch of service?
  • What is your official office contact (phone, address, email, etc)?
  • What is the phone number of your supervisor?
Keep in mind that we keep all this information private and confidential. Once you register on PreparednessDeals.com and after verification, we will mark your account as verified and next time you order anything through us, we will not need to re-verify, but will ship out the products immediately.
