The ability to start a fire when it is needed can be a matter of life or death! This kit has the capability to to start a fire every day for well over 100+ years, even after your lighters and matches have all run out!

This is far less expensive than you could buy yourself! It is the same kit personally used by many survivalists (Keep one in each vehicle, another in 72-hour kits, camping supplies, etc). It was developed with long-term fire making capabilities in mind. All who have them have been extremely pleased and have all expressed interest in purchasing more for their friends and families. Don’t miss out on this critical preparation item!

The kit includes:
  • 3/8" x 4" firesteel w/ lanyard and scraper (well over 12,000 strike capacity)
  • 3/16" x 2.5" firesteel (backup)
  • Fire striker (striking capacity in the 10’s of thousands)
  • Shard (like flint)
  • Magnifying glass (catches char on fire on a sunny day in about 1 second)
  • Char (made from cotton)
  • Extra cotton for more char (can also be made from rotting wood, jeans, cotton shirts, etc)
  • Jute twine (to build a nest and help start fire when environment is wet)
  • 7-hour candle (to dry wet tinder in emergency)
  • Tin (Altoid-sized, for making char and holding items - required hole pre-punched)
  • Denim bag w/ pull string to hold all contents (approx 4.75" wide x 7" high)
  • Directions on how to use these items is also included.

The picture is of everything, which all fits in the bag, with room to spare for your own extra personal additions. Several individual components are stored in tiny plastic bags to protect and keep dry.

*Some small items may vary but do not take away from the kit (striker design, scraper design, etc). Bags may also have slight variations.
